Refund Policy

We want every buyer to be satisfied. This policy explains when refunds are available, and how to request one.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The method content is significantly different from its description.
  • The method is incomplete, broken, or inaccessible.
  • The method violates our Terms (illegal, fraudulent, or copied content).
  • You were charged in error (duplicate transaction, wrong amount).

2. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not available when:

  • You changed your mind after consuming a substantial part of the content.
  • The method works as described, but you didn't earn the income you expected (results vary).
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • Subscription periods are partially used (we do not pro-rate).

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@zmethods.com with the subject "Refund request — [order ID]".
  2. Include your account email, order ID, and a clear reason.
  3. If applicable, attach screenshots or evidence.

4. Processing time

We review every refund request within 3 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/bank) within 5–10 business days.

5. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not refund unused days of a subscription period.

6. Verified seller badge

The verified seller badge fee is non-refundable after activation. If you cancel, your badge remains active until its expiry date.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation.
