By accessing or using ZMethods, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use ZMethods. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share your account or sell access to it.
• We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases & subscriptions

• All prices are listed in BDT/USD as displayed at checkout.
• Purchases give you a license to access the content — not ownership.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Sellers

• Sellers must own the rights to all content they publish.
• Sellers must complete KYC for payouts.
• ZMethods takes a commission on each sale (rate visible in your seller dashboard).
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–7 business days after admin approval.
• Sellers must respond to buyer questions within a reasonable time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our content without permission.
• Use the platform to spam, phish, or harass other users.
• Attempt to bypass payment, security, or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

All ZMethods branding, designs, and platform code belong to us. Method content belongs to the respective sellers. Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to view purchased content.

7. Disclaimer

ZMethods provides educational and informational content. We do not guarantee any specific income or results from any method. Earnings depend on your effort, skills, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZMethods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
